THESE DAYS...

Masterchef Australia is currently in its 16th season, and airs in over 90 countries globally. I'm lucky enough to be a judge on the program, alongside some food gurus. I also won the thing back in 2012.

I joined this rad group for some work experience back in the day, and now I'm a Chef and co-owner. The Ducks have five epic locations around Australia. Drop in for a feed!

Along with my mate Travis Fimmel and an unreal team of beer lovers, we're on a quest to put a new Aussie beer on the map. Born out of mateship, simplicity, and a celebration of country living.

I've always been curious about food and cooking as a way of expression. At first I didn't know how to harness it, but as I leaned into it, food has taken me on an incredible journey around the world, across Australia and into people's homes. I love the challenges of working in hospitality and the rewarding feeling a good plate of food brings me. I also find these rewards in working collaboratively with food producers, brands and products.
